Job Summary

We areseeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to join the AccountingSystems Division (ASD) ASD is mainly responsible for Financebusiness cycles optimization Finance systems implementation supportand administration.

In addition to implementing digital solutionfor the Controllers and Treasury admin areas. ASD is alsoresponsible for executing Payroll and Month / Year end processes.

Thedepartment personnel are mainly business system analysts whounderstand both the business and the IT solutions.

Responsibilities :

• Works with organizations at all levels tomaintain the corporate management information system for policydecision making.
• Conducts feasibility studiesbusiness cases and project proposal reports.
• Prepares user manuals and documentation for businesssystem implementation.
• Interfaces with ITduring the design and implementation of ITbased business systemsproviding support to IT as needed.
• Providessupport advice and business procedures to maintain data integritywithin department business organizations.
• Delivers training to operational and staff personnel tomaximize the effectiveness of Business Systems.
• Prepares conversion plans and user installation plans forapplicable organizations.
• Maintainscommunication with IT Liaison representatives in other departmentsfor knowledge sharing.
• Ensures alignmentbetween system configuration and corporate policies.
• Analyzes and evaluates current systems identifiesbusiness and operational requirements and assists in the designdevelopment and launch of systems to support core businessfunctions.
• Leads business system studiesreviews recommends improvements and enhances complex businesssystems within the assigned area.
• Assumes therole of department representative in business system developmentand effectively represents the respective department.

Requirements :

• This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran SaudiArabia.
• Bachelors degree inComputer Science MIS or a related discipline.
• Advanced business degree (e.g. MBA) and / or professionalcertification (e.g. CMA) preferred.
• 12 yearsof related experience.
• Business system analystskills including information analysis and processimprovement.
• Strong problem analysis andresolution abilities.
• Experience withSAP / Finance Modules is desirable.
• Excellentcommand of oral and written English.
