WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?
The Technical Project Assistant will support the service team in executing tasks to meet contractual terms, deadlines, and budgets.
Responsibilities include :
- Verifying project warranties before work begins
- Handling service-related invoicing
- Creating service orders from approved client quotes
- Securing client purchase orders before starting work to facilitate billing
- Collaborating with the technical manager to read plans / specifications and prepare material requisitions / orders
- Ordering supplies and sending quotes to clients (e.g., for broken thermos units)
- Tracking orders with the procurement team
- Reordering materials for defective or warranty returns
- Conducting technical research in archives
