Jarislowsky Fraser’s Institutional Client Transitions Management Team will oversee the onboarding of Institutional Clients and maintenance / restructuring of client accounts. The Associate, Client Transitions Management will report directly to the Associate Director, Institutional Operations and act as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders in the onboarding and account maintenance processes. A unique opportunity for someone interested in the client service side of investment management, the role supports the functional areas of Institutional Client Services and contributes to the overall success of the Portfolio Management team.
Is this role right for you? In this role you will :
- Manage the onboarding of Canadian, US and global Institutional clients and account maintenance to ensure seamless experiences for clients and business partners;

Education, Professional Experience, Certifications and Skills required :
In addition to French, the successful candidate must also have sufficient knowledge of English, as the work involves interacting and collaborating regularly with groups and individuals based in Toronto, as well as constantly interacting with other people, including clients, who speak English, locally and elsewhere.
