Job description

Nous sommes à la recherche d'une personne dynamique et rigoureuse pour occuper un poste d'Adjointe de Projet. La personne retenue agira en support avec plusieurs ingénieurs (Chargés de projets / Estimateurs), au service de la comptabilité ainsi qu'à la direction.

Elle jouera un rôle clé dans la gestion des tâches administratives et organisationnelles afin d'assurer une coordination efficace des opérations.

  • Responsibilities

  • Gérer les courriels et factures entrants et assurer leur
  • redistribution.

  • Rédiger, réviser et mettre en page divers documents administratifs
  • soumissions, facturation, quittances, procès-verbaux,

    correspondances, etc.).

  • Assurer l'émission et l'envoi des factures après validation par la
  • comptabilité.

  • Effectuer la gestion des certificats d'assurance et des bons de
  • commande des ingénieurs.

  • Coordonner les impressions, la gestion des fournitures de bureau
  • et le suivi des dossiers administratifs.

  • Apporter un soutien à la comptabilité pour le classement et
  • l'ouverture des dossiers fournisseurs.

  • Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et assurer un bon service à la
  • clientèle interne.

    Qualifications

  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais) avec une excellente maîtrise de
  • la grammaire française et une bonne connaissance de la

    grammaire anglaise.

  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques : Microsoft Office (Word
  • avancé, Excel intermédiaire), Adobe PDF Writer.

  • Diplôme collégial (AEC ou DEC) en technique de secrétariat et
  • bureautique.

  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire (ou
  • formation et expérience jugée satisfaisante).

  • Sens du détail, esprit d'initiative, capacité à gérer les priorités et
  • à travailler de manière autonome.
