THE ROLE
As the Director, Solution Delivery, Finance Technology, you will lead the team to :
- Identify and deliver innovative technology solutions that meet business needs for today and tomorrow
- Translate business requirements into a scalable, user-centric technology design
- Ensure the solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure
- Implement structured testing that ensures functionality and identify and address deficiencies
- Launch and maintain technology solutions
- Work with the appropriate partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience

The Director, Solution Delivery, Finance Technology has :
- Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and / or applicable certifications

- The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes

THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $150,000 - $250,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
