In this role, you'll :
- Empower Customers : Train shop owners and their teams on how to effectively use AutoLeap.
- Manage Relationships : Build strong relationships with customers and own their implementation outcomes.
- Become an Expert : Develop a deep understanding of the automotive industry and become a trusted advisor to your customers.
- Provide On-Site Support (as needed) : Offer in-person support and training to strategic accounts (ability to travel).
- Provide Feedback : Champion your customers internally by sharing their feedback with our Product team.
- Collaborate : Work closely with your peers to continuously improve our processes and operations.
