Are you an experienced customer service professional with strong problem-solving skills and a genuine passion for helping others? If you excel at supporting clients over the phone and email, we want to hear from you.
We are hiring for a Customer Service Representative role within a dynamic investment company. In this position, you will be a key point of contact, supporting either our direct customers or the Financial Advisors and employees within our Credit Union (CU Wealth) division.
While most support is provided over the phone, you will also assist clients via email and online chat. We are looking for positive, empathetic individuals who "live and breathe" customer service and consistently go above and beyond to provide an outstanding experience.
