Our well-established client in Markham, ON, is looking for Bilingual Licensing Administrator to join their company on a permanent basis, working 3 days in the office and 2 days Remote.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Effectively communicate with fluency in both English and French with internal and external stakeholders
- Possess a high level of accuracy in evaluating license applications and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Maintain precise records
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and diplomacy when addressing inquiries from different stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, and collaborate in a team environment to achieve departmental goals
- Manage deadlines for license renews and terminations effectively
- Adapt quickly to new systems or processes mandated by corporate and regulatory standards
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
REQUIREMENTS :
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and familiarity with insurance regulations and licensing processes
- Post-secondary program, preferably in a field related to business administration or insurance
- Fluency in both French and English to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders in both languages.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Maintain confidentiality and diplomacy with sensitive information

- Independent and Team Player with excellent collaborative skills
- Able to meet company objectives and goals
- Ability to adapt to ever changing business demands in a fast-paced environment :
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
PERKS :
- Hybrid role : 3 days from office 2 days from home : During training have to be in the office Monday to Friday
- Working hours : 37.5 / week Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm
- Depending on experience the salary : $55,000- $60,000 annually
