Tasks

Your Impact :

  • Video Content Creation : Produce and edit high-quality videos that tell STAN’s story, highlight product features, and engage our target audience across digital platforms.
  • Social Media Content : Design and schedule eye-catching social media posts, stories, and ads that resonate with our audience and drive brand engagement.
  • Go-To-Market Collateral : Develop visually compelling go-to-market materials, including one-pagers, brochures, and case studies that support our sales and marketing efforts.
  • Content Strategy : Craft and implement a cohesive content strategy that aligns with STAN’s growth objectives, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Campaign Management : Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including video series, email sequences, and social media funnels, to generate leads and drive conversions.
  • Social Media Management : Oversee STAN’s social media presence, maintaining a content calendar to ensure a steady stream of engaging and on-brand content.
  • Creative Growth Strategies : Innovate and execute new strategies to enhance brand visibility and boost conversion rates through visual and social content.
  • Product Expertise : Deeply understand STAN’s products to effectively communicate their value through videos and social content.
  • Analytics & Optimization : Use data-driven insights to refine video and social media strategies, optimizing content based on performance metrics.
  • Industry Relationships : Cultivate relationships with key industry influencers, agencies, and content creators to amplify STAN’s reach.
  • Performance Reporting : Regularly measure and report on the success of video content and social media campaigns, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Requirements and Skills :

  • Target Audience Engagement : Proven experience in identifying target audiences and creating campaigns that engage, educate, motivate, and convert.
  • Analytics & SEO Knowledge : Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and modern SEO strategies.
  • SaaS Marketing Experience : Hands-on experience with marketing in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Google AdWords Expertise : Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Up-to-Date Marketing Practices : Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Familiarity with Marketing Tools : Familiarity with WebFlow, HubSpot, Search Console, Clearbit, or similar marketing tools and website platforms.
  • Design Acumen : Strong design skills with the ability to create campaigns that reflect an outgoing and positive STAN brand image.
