PURPOSE

Mitsubishi Motors Canada seeks a skilled digital marketing communications professional to join our dynamic marketing team.

The successful candidate will coordinate and oversee the execution and delivery of marketing communication initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and tracking project performance.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, a deep understanding of marketing strategies, and experience in project management.

They will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts forward, enhancing brand visibility, and contributing to the overall success of our campaigns.

Experience with digital marketing and analytics is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES : Project Planning :

Project Planning :

  • Assist in the development of project plans, including resources, timelines, milestones, and multi-channel deliverables.
  • Coordinate resources, and project schedules to ensure timely completion of content projects.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that could impact timeline, budget, or quality.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings and provide clear communication on project status, updates, and changes.

Quality Assurance and Control :

  • Work closely with the comms team and the agency partner to ensure all content produced meets the company’s quality standards and aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Support the review and approval of content drafts and provide constructive feedback to agency partners.
  • Collaborate with the incentives team, marketing operations, and agency partner to ensure all CWS advertised offers are accurately executed for each retail campaign launch.
  • Work with marketing, sales, and legal teams to ensure content is legally compliant across all channels including but not limited to the CWS.
  • Implement quality control processes to maintain consistency and accuracy.

Creative / Content Performance Optimization :

  • Work closely with agency partners to enhance our digital and multimedia content to maximize engagement, user experience, and conversion rates while maintaining a strong brand presence.
  • Collaborate with the media team to track content performance, provide actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to refine and enhance our creative outputs.
  • Review and analyze performance metrics, monitor A / B testing, and support the implementation of creative strategies to optimize content across various channels, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.

Budget and Resource Management :

  • Monitor project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and compliance with financial constraints.
  • Track project expenses and provide regular financial reports to management.
  • Coordinate and oversee external vendors as needed.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a content creation or marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of content creation processes and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus.
  • French language is a definite plus.
