Position Summary :
Looking for a medical receptionist to join our hard-working team and provide superior customer service, excellent administrative skills and hands-on clinical assistance. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, efficient time management skills and can work well under pressure. We offer a very supportive and positive team environment and look forward to welcoming a new member that brings those same values to the table.
What you will be doing :
- General administration duties. Managing phone calls, booking & confirming appointments, answering patient inquiries, registering new patients, following up on referrals .
- Identifying patient care needs.
- Managing patient flow within the clinic.
- Obtaining vital signs & collecting medical history with accurate record keeping.
