Job descriptionAnalyze, amortize, and reconcile prepaid accounts. Prepare assigned journal entries and general ledger reconciliations. Conduct credit checks on new accounts and update customer records. Ensure the accuracy of subscription billing, rates, and payments. Oversee parcel billing, payments, and reconciliations. Review and approve AP payments, including wire / ACH payments. Supervise Accounts Receivable and related activities. Evaluate and update policies and procedures annually. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum of 5+ years of general accounting / audit experience 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience. Proficiency in SAGE, TMA, SAP, or similar software is highly valued. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.). Exposure to credit and collections is a plus.
