Land Development Director role in Gatineau, working with Multivesco!

Your new role
As the Director of Land Development, you will report to Senior Leadership and be responsible for all land development for the company.
In this bilingual French / English environment, you will work with clients and municipalities to track and follow up on projects in both Quebec and Ontario.
Projects are chiefly Residential in nature, neighbourhoods and multifamily buildings. There will be Commercial projects as well in the future.
You will manage project schedules, prepare contracts and collaborate on many key initiatives. Working with various trades and consultants, tendering and awarding contracts will be a regular part of your day.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this vital role, you must have post-secondary education in Civil Construction / Engineering. You should be fluently bilingual in French and English and have 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally with strong local knowledge of the Outaouais and National Capital Region.
You should also have strong IT skills, CAD and similar. You must have strong communication and interpersonal skills to work well in this close-knit office environment.
