Director of Human Resources

We are looking for a Director of Human Resources, a senior leader responsible for contributing to all functions within the company.

With expertise and extensive experience in developing and executing HR strategies, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation, and organization development.

This role has the credibility to align with the company’s leaders to foster a high-performance, high care culture.

Qualifications :

  • Appropriate combination of experience and education necessary to successfully lead
  • Highly regarded HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations leadership development, talent management, and organization development.
  • 5+ years of HR Leadership experience either leading a team or as an individual contributor working directly with a Leadership Team.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships.
