This renowned law firm is looking for a legal assistant to complete their family law team.
Some of the responsibilities :
- Management of his or her superior's files and agenda;
- Execution of administrative and legal tasks relating to matrimonial law;
- Drafting of legal proceedings and procedural books;
- Follow-up of files and correspondence and filing of documentation;
- Communication with various stakeholders in the files.
Requirements for this position :
- DEP / ASP in Legal Secretarial or DEC / AEC in paralegal technology
- Minimum 1 year of experience in matrimonial law is an asset;
- Excellent command of spoken and written French and English;
- Excellent priority management;
- Ability to complete tasks quickly and accurately;
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
