Tasks
- Manageand optimize the companys CRM system ensuring smooth functionalityand data accuracy.
- Configure and customize thesystem to meet user needs and businessgoals.
- Create and maintain user profilesmanaging access permissions.
- Generateinsightful reports and analyze data to understand client behaviorand trends.
- Provide ongoing training andsupport to users on CRM functionalities.
- Offerprompt and courteous technical support to clients troubleshootingand resolving issues related to the trading platform accountmanagement and other features.
- Communicateeffectively with clients to understand their concerns and provideclear solutions.
- Document and escalate complexissues to the appropriate technical teammembers.
- Maintain and update knowledge basearticles and FAQs.
- Stay current on companyproducts andservices.
Requirements
- 1year of experience as a CRM administrator or similar role(required)
- Prior experience in theCFDs / FX / iGaming or a similar industry(essential)
- Excellent English language skills(written and spoken)
- Proven proficiency with aleading CRM platform (e.g. SalesforceHubSpot)
- Strong understanding of CRM bestpractices and data management principles
- Solidcomputer literacy and basic troubleshootingabilities
- Excellent organizational andcommunicationskills
