Job Description
Qualifications
5+ years WSIB experience
Strong interpersonal skills in facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution
Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and work to plan
Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and project management skills
High integrity and proven ability to manage confidential information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly proficient use of HR Systems and software applications (i.e. Workday, Excel, etc.)
Skill and proficiency in a wide range of HR / LR practice areas
Competencies
Influencing without Authority, Managerial Courage, Action Oriented, Comfort around Higher Management, Problem Solving, and Dealing with Ambiguity
Education and / or Training
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Previous experience working within a unionized manufacturing environment is highly desired
Previous experience with WSIB administration is highly desired
This position may require off-shift work; must be willing and able to work flexible and additional hours as required*
