Job Overview
As a Digital Marketing Manager , you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement campaigns that align with our business goals, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Manage and optimize campaigns for lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
- Analyze performance data to assess campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Oversee the company’s social media presence, creating engaging content and growing our following across platforms.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and stay updated on best practices to continuously improve digital marketing efforts.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and meeting KPIs.
- Conduct A / B testing and other experiments to enhance the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
