JOB PURPOSE :

Reporting to the S / 4 Technology Lead , the Program Manager of S / 4 and S&OP will be responsible for the planning controlling, monitoring, execution and closing of projects linked to the S / 4 and S&OP projects .

By leveraging a hybrid of agile and waterfall methodologies the Program Manager will determine strategies to effectively execute associated projects.

Through team management, planning, project clarification, and process ownership, the Program Manager will facilitate creativity, help team members work together, remove impediments to progress, facilitate meetings, foster team empowerment and enable the team to complete tasks on time at a high level of quality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Take overall responsibility for planning, executing, and controlling implementation projects linked to S4 and S&OP program.

Develop project plans, define deliverables, allocate resources, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.

  • Lead multiple teams of consultants, developers, and analysts. Provide direction, guidance, and support to team members, ensuring effective collaboration, communication, and motivation.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, processes, and objectives. Analyze and translate these requirements into functional and technical specifications for the S4 and S&OP solutions.
  • Work closely with the implementation team to design the solution architecture, configure modules, and customize functionalities based on the business requirements.

Ensure alignment with best practices and standards.

  • Oversee the configuration, development, testing, and deployment of the required solutions. Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate user adoption and minimize resistance to change. Conduct training sessions, create user documentation, and provide ongoing support during and after the implementation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, external consultants, vendors and respective business functions.

Communicate project status, address concerns, and manage expectations effectively.

Establish and enforce quality control processes to ensure the integrity, reliability, and accuracy of the implemented solution.

Conduct system audits, perform testing, and oversee data migration activities.

Identify opportunities for process optimization, system enhancements, and efficiency gains. Define KPIs and metrics to measure effectiveness of deployed solutions and processes.

KEY QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
  • Over 15 years’ experience with SAP with at least 2 end to end implementations of S / 4 completed.
  • Proven experience in SAP program management and supply chain management, with a focus on S&OP processes
  • Experience implementing complex process change in a global setting
  • PMP Certified
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels including LST.
  • Global delivery exposure and a working knowledge of SAP software are strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is desirable.
