We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced media and people leader to join our client's fast-growing and fast-paced organization as the Senior Manager, Integrated Media.
As the Senior Manager, Integrated Media, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of channel subject matter experts across an array of paid and owned marketing channels to bring our national brand plans to life in both the US and Canada.
You will champion the channel strategy, learning agenda and ways of working for channels such as programmatic media, paid social, search, website and CRM.
You and your team will work cross-functionally with the brand team and internal and external agency partners to deliver growth-oriented, excitement-driving and results focused media and digital marketing plans and tactics and deliver their execution with excellence.
You will build a culture and operating rhythm of continuous improvement and brand plan optimization based on consumer receptivity and business results.
You will galvanize energy and focus across our relationships with external media, digital marketing and MarTech partners and vendors, leading them to deliver best-in-class ideas and execution.
This role requires a strong data-driven strategic and growth-oriented mindset, with a robust understanding of the media and digital marketing landscape, and the learning agility to thrive, develop a team and deliver business results in a dynamic environment.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Lead, coach and mentor a team of channel subject matter experts across paid media and owned channels (programmatic, paid social, paid search, website, CRM and media operations)
- Lead the strategy and inputs for national paid media, website and CRM channels in the annual brand marketing plan
- Lead the development of strategic channel plans, tactical recommendations and execution across channels of responsibility
- Partner with integrated media team channel leads to develop robust learning agendas for each channel, connected back to brand objectives, brief and business results delivery
- Establish the ways of working and operating rhythm for the integrated media team, including how the team partners with internal and external agency partners and vendors, channel SLAs, channel optimization approach, etc.
- Provide deep channel expertise and thought leadership across channels of responsibility, ensuring we are recommending and executing against channel and vendor best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external partners to develop a cohesive marketing and media approach that balance short-term KPIs with household penetration and long-term brand equity growth
- Lead the relationship with external agency partners, media and MarTech vendors related to areas of expertise
- Partner with Media & CX leadership to align MarTech needs and vendor selection to key areas of business focus and growth
- Analyze and manipulate performance data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to optimize media spend and tactics to achieve KPIs
- Foster strategic and tactical alignment with internal stakeholders such as brand, creative and content marketing teams
- Clearly communicate campaign changes and performance updates to strategic partners and internal stakeholders
- Act as backup for integrated media team on channel execution as needed
- Stay up to date with the latest industry news and trends, and share knowledge to upskill the team
