Oracle Primavera Unifier -Business Analyst Reporting

Reportingto the Lead Project Systems the Business Analyst Reporting will beresponsible for analyzing documenting and improving businessintelligence and reporting processes and systems ensuringsuccessful delivery of the Reporting for the Integrated CapitalProject Management solution within budget and timeline constraints.

The ideal candidate must be detail oriented and have a strongunderstanding of Business Intelligence principles excellentanalytical skills and exceptional communication skills.

SpecificAccountabilities

On a project assignmenteither individually or by directing aconsultant :

• Gatherdocument and analyze business intelligence requirements fromSubject MatterExperts
• Collaboratewith stakeholders including project managers project controlsoperations and finance teams to understand their reportingrequirements.
• Documentthese needs and work closely with the system implementation team todeliver effectivesolutions.
• Developand document detailed reporting specifications reporting layoutsreporting use cases and use visualizations (charts graphs etc.

toconvey insights in a nontechnicalmanner.

• Workclosely with system implementation teams to translate businessintelligence requirements into technical specifications designs andmockups.
• Providedetailed review of key project documents anddeliverables.
• Supportthe testing and validation of the business intelligence solutionsensuring its effectiveness and alignment with reportingrequirements.
• Supportdata migration efforts engage with end users and project team toensure a seamlesstransition.
• Supportdevelopment of training materials storyboards and trainingmaterials.
• Monitorproject performance and provide recommendations for continuousimprovement.

• Bachelor sdegree in business administration Information Systems or a relatedfield.
• 5years of capital project experience with preference tomining / industrial projects isrequired.
• 3years of business intelligence experience with preference of PowerBI isrequired.
• Demonstratedproficiency in project management and project controls techniquesand principles isrequired.
• Experiencewith user acceptance testing isrequired.
• Experiencewith data migration isrequired.
• Experiencewith training material development isrequired.
• Experiencewith report development isrequired.
• Experiencewith Scalable Agile Framework (SAFe) isrequired.
• Experiencewith Azure Dev Ops anasset
• Excellentdocumentation and communication skills is required with the abilityto effectively collaborate with crossfunctionalteams.
• Strongcritical thinking and problemsolving abilities arerequired.
• Demonstratedability to work independently and as part of a team takingownership of assigned tasks and delivering highqualityresults.
• Proficiencyin project management software such as Microsoft Project orPrimavera is anasset.
• CCPCEP PMP or other similar designations considered anasset.

Skill Requirements Bachelor s degree in business administration,Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of capitalproject experience, with preference to mining / industrial projects,is required.

3+ years of business intelligence experience withpreference of Power BI is required. Demonstrated proficiency inproject management and project controls techniques and principlesis required.

Experience with user acceptance testing is required.Experience with data migration is required. Experience withtraining material development is required.

Experience with reportdevelopment is required. Experience with Scalable Agile Framework(SAFe) is required. Experience with Azure Dev Ops an assetExcellent documentation and communication skills is required, withthe ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
