What you will do
The Consumer Experience Manager is responsible for implementing CRM strategies and data excellence to improve consumer retention with Kenvue brands and drive business and organizational impact.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, global partners and external agencies to ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaigns that connect consumers to our beloved brands.
This role reports into the Sr. Leader, Digital Excellence, Experience and Innovation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design acquisition strategy to accelerate first-party data collection to future-proof media investment
- Develop and execute innovative CRM campaigns that engage and retain consumers and strengthen CLV across Kenvue brands
- Manage and maintain consumer database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
- Work with global team develop product roadmap to fuel organizational growth and profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
- Analyze performance (data / campaign) and identify opportunities for program / campaign improvements
- Ensure all published emails comply with program requirements, brand guidelines, usability and accessibility standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve CRM strategies
Qualifications
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 6+ years of experience in CRM or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in digital analytics, metrics and reporting (including CLV)
- Strong aptitude and understanding of data privacy policies : Canadian Privacy and CASL
- Strong editorial eye for content and creative
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with CRM platforms and tools such as Salesforce
- Experience working for CPG / Brand Marketing
- Experience of CDP
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful CRM campaigns
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
- Passion to elevate consumer experience and engagement
