We’re looking for a Finance Operations Lead who thrives on challenges and can strategically combine elements of finance, technology, and business planning to drive the growth and sophistication of our finance and credit operations.

As our Finance Operations Lead, you’ll be a crucial player in shaping the future of our finance and credit organization. This isn’t just a finance role it’s a dynamic, hands-on position where you’ll be building processes, driving innovation, and solving complex problems.

You’ll work at the intersection of finance, data, and strategy, using your expertise to create and implement scalable solutions that support our growth.

Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement efficient financial processes that can scale as we grow, with a focus on automation and innovation.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Develop financial models, credit assessments, and data-driven analyses that inform key business decisions.
  • Serve as a bridge between the accounting and credit teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on all financial and business objectives.
  • Tackle complex, cross-functional challenges with creative and data-driven solutions.
  • Lead initiatives that leverage technology to improve our financial operations, whether through process automation, advanced analytics, or other cutting-edge approaches.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in finance operations, strategy, or a related field, ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS in Finance) or relevant certifications (e.

g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.

  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and experience with financial software and automation tools.
