We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support our daily operations and provide administrative assistance to the Brand and Analyst teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and enjoys a variety of responsibilities.Key Responsibilities : Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized work environmentManage office supplies and equipment, including inventory tracking and reorderingProvide administrative support to the Brand Team and Analyst TeamRespond to email and phone inquiries in a timely and professional mannerCoordinate the shipping and receiving of samples, monitor and track shipmentsMaintain sample room inventory and place sample orders as neededPrepare boardroom for meetings, including setup and cleanupRun and update reports as requiredHandle customer complaints and direct them to appropriate personnel if neededPerform ad hoc administrative tasks as assignedAbility to lift boxes / packages up to 20lbsQualifications : Proven experience in an administrative or office support roleStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentAttention to detail and a proactive mindsetOther : Pay range : $45,000 to $50,000Vacation 2 weeksPermanent Full-Time (work from the office)Health and Benefits all paid for (Company Paid Benefits)Work Hours 8.30 am to 4.30 pmRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
