Description

  • Lead the management of a product portfolio, developing expertise to deliver effective customer solutions, marketing strategies, and launch plans.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects and other team members to develop tailored solutions, including comprehensive estimates.
  • Build strong relationships with Caterpillar representatives and Finning partners to ensure successful outcomes for customers.
  • Conduct detailed analysis to ensure compatibility of solutions with customer equipment and site requirements.
  • Engage with Finning customers through product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Travel to customer sites to promote solution adoption, measure success, and provide support.
  • Perform gap analyses and equipment assessments to identify appropriate solutions and evaluate post-implementation results.
  • Develop content for internal and external audiences, including whitepapers, presentations, and testimonials.
  • Collaborate with Technology Field technicians at Finning branches and customer locations to support physical installs.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field which may include Engineering, Technology, or Project Management.
  • At least three years of experience working in a mining, construction, or technology-related field.
  • Experience working directly with customers, preferably business customers.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English language required; proficiency or fluency in Spanish language is an asset.
  • Project management and change management experience is an asset but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with IP Networks, wireless networks, SCADA networks, and GPS / GNSS Systems is an asset but not mandatory.
