The Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the Team Lead, Operations is responsible for the management and delivery of IT services for employees of the Association, ensuring IT services and operations are robust, maintained to industry standards and secure. The incumbent will manage, plan, coordinate and design the delivery of IT-related activities of the Association, as well as coordinate support for daily operational activities of the ITS department with both staff and managed services providers. This position will also define and implement IT operational policies, procedures, and best practices surrounding the management and delivery of IT systems and services.
