Experience
- Contact Center industry experience and understanding of modern customer experience design.
- 3+ years of pre-sales customer-facing experience, preferably in the enterprise space.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building, migrating and deploying complex cloud-based solutions.
- Experiencing architecting, implementing and supporting Amazon Web Services infrastructure, ( Amazon Connect experience needed )
- Experience building integrations across CRM, Unified Communications and contact centers.
- Strong hands-on programming skills with either Python or NodeJS and experience developing
Key Qualifications
- B.S. in Computer Science, related fields or commensurate work experience.
- AWS Certification at Associate level or equivalent (preference for Solutions Architect).
- Strong spoken and written English is a must.
