Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Corporate, Litigation, and Securities Law
- Experience in handling Regulatory and Compliance matters
- Experience with creating Securities Offering Documents
- Ability to provide sound legal and strategic advice to stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
