We are hiring for our client in the financial services.Duration : 12 months Job Type : Hybrid ( 3 days onsite, Tue to Thu)This role is responsible for the strategic planning and management of a global corporate real estate (CRE) portfolio, overseeing regional strategies and market plans to optimize real estate through cost-effective, sustainable solutions.
The position also includes accountability for reporting, analytics, and preparing business cases for leadership approval.
Responsibilities : Develop and implement real estate and workplace optimization strategies.Lead the management of a global real estate portfolio to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to align real estate plans with business strategies.Provide strategic and financial analysis to support decision-making.
Manage reporting on major capital projects and portfolio KPIs.Support various CRE and enterprise initiatives through project management.
Competencies : Self-starter with strong project management skills.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of CRE financial terms and principles.Requirements : 7+ years in real estate strategy with increasing responsibility.
Experience in portfolio analytics, workplace strategy, and presenting to leadership.Strong financial background and project management experience.
Knowledge of workplace trends and corporate real estate.Nice-to-Have : MBAEducation : University or college degree, preferably in real estate, design, or architecture.
