Vice President of Sales
Our client, a recognized player in the expanded plastics solutions sector, is seeking an experienced professional to lead the company's commercial initiatives.
An expert in product and process engineering, our client operates across multiple industries thanks to the quality and efficiency of its solutions.

Responsibilities :
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role involves developing and executing a commercial development strategy. The incumbent will be responsible for leading the sales team, ensuring strategic objectives are met and the company continues to grow in a competitive market.
- Lead and manage the sales team, inspiring and motivating members to achieve their individual and collective goals.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with corporate objectives and focused on company growth.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are understood and providing exceptional customer service.
- Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date sales budgets, forecasts, and performance reports to inform management decisions.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure sales initiatives align with company objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and design the strategies and tools necessary to penetrate new markets.
- Promote team skills development by offering appropriate training.
- Contribute to promoting a corporate culture focused on continuous improvement, quality, and talent retention.
What you will need to succeed :
- Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) to support clients in both languages.
- Experience in sales management with a proven track record of achieving business goals.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and effectively coach.
- In-depth knowledge of market trends and sales strategies, with analytical skills to support strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling the building and maintaining of strong client relationships.
- Analytical and synthetic ability for developing growth strategies and market penetration.
- Knowledge of Epicor (an asset) and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
