Today, UoPeople has over 137,000 students enrolled from more than 200 countries and territories, including 16,500 students who are refugees. Currently accredited by the DEAC, UoPeople is also a candidate for WSCUC accreditation.

GENERAL PURPOSE :
The Vice President of Human Resources provides executive-level leadership and guidance to the University’s Human Resource Operations. He / She / They holds the responsibility for crafting and executing a comprehensive global HR strategy. This encompasses the establishment of HR policies, processes, infrastructure, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all HR functions, including recruitment, learning and development, performance and compensation, and identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals.
In collaboration with the Executive Leadership and extended leadership team, the Vice President of Human Resources will cultivate a cultural identity within the organization tied to our values and mission. Their goal is to foster a productive, engaging, and motivating organizational environment, grounded in a growth mindset and driven by continuous improvement.
