Our client, a management consulting firm with offices in Montreal, Quebec and Paris is looking for an Receptionnist-Office coordinator.

Responsibilities
As part of a 3-person administrative team, you will be responsible for the administrative coordination of 5 associates. Your tasks will include the following :
Qualifications
Good oral and written communication skills in French and English (intermediate level)
Experience in a similar position
College diploma (DEC) in administrative or secretarial techniques (an asset)
Proficiency in MS Office and Sharepoint
Sense of priorities
Autonomy, team spirit, attention to detail, multitasking, organization, resourcefulness, confidentiality, boldness and proactivity are welcome!
Excellent communication skills.
