Il s’agit d’un poste % télétravail basé au Québec , avec des rencontres trimestrielles en personne à Toronto.

Vos responsabilités
  • Soutenir et exécuter des stratégies de communication bilingue internes et externes.
  • Rédiger et réviser divers contenus : communiqués de presse, discours, rapports, infolettres et contenu numérique.
  • Suivre les tendances médiatiques quotidiennes, les enjeux émergents et les occasions de visibilité.
  • Collaborer avec les médias québécois, répondre aux demandes d’entrevue et soutenir les activités de relations médias.
  • Organiser des initiatives de communication, des événements et des conférences de presse.
  • Assurer la cohérence de la marque, la clarté et le ton approprié en français et en anglais.
  • Soutenir les projets de communication interne et la coordination interservices.
  • Contribuer à la planification des campagnes, aux initiatives de storytelling et aux stratégies d’engagement.
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche liée aux communications au besoin.
Ce que vous apportez
  • 5 à 7 ans d’expérience en communications dans un milieu corporatif, en agence ou dans un organisme sans but lucratif.
  • Parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais – oral et écrit).
  • Baccalauréat en communications, relations publiques, journalisme, marketing ou domaine connexe.
  • Excellentes compétences en rédaction, révision et storytelling dans les deux langues.
  • Connaissance du paysage médiatique canadien, incluant les médias québécois.
  • Expérience en gestion de demandes médiatiques, en rédaction de messages et en planification de communications.
  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome tout en tenant les parties prenantes informées.
  • Excellentes habiletés interpersonnelles; aisance à interagir avec tous les niveaux de l’organisation.
  • Organisé, proactif, flexible et capable de gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique.
