Pay : $43 / hour + $22 / hour non-taxed Northern Allowance

The Work You Will Do

• Visit homes and long‑term care facilities to provide treatment and support for residents as needed.
• Monitor and manage stable conditions through regular in‑home visits, offering daily or weekly follow‑up care.
• Conduct comprehensive in‑home assessments and deliver ongoing care for patients who are unable to attend clinic appointments.
