As a Paralegal within Pomerleau's legal team, you will be called upon to coordinate the activities of the Corporate Services.

What You Will Do

• Preparation and / or revision of corporate documentation related to mergers, acquisitions, tax or corporate reorganizations, shareholder plans, incorporations, dissolutions;
• Coordination with external advisors and review of corporate documents prepared by external advisors.
• Supervision of the maintenance of the corporate entities of the company's group;
• Responsible for the compliance of information in the centralized corporate database and for updating corporate organizational charts;
• Preparation of closing agendas / follow-up lists and documentation for the closing session;
• Corporate verifications and analyses, as well as research at the REQ and Corporations Canada;
• Interdepartmental coordination;
• Participation in the drafting and implementation of the legal policies and procedures in force within the company;
• Direct supervision of a support employee;
