L'INTRODUCTION

C.T.S. Foods Brokers Inc. est un leader dans l'importation et la distribution d'aliments, l'approvisionnement et la livraison d'une vaste gamme de produits alimentaires de haute qualité.

L’administrateur(trice) de saisie des commandes joue un rôle essentiel dans le soutien des opérations de vente de l’entreprise. Ce poste est responsable de la gestion des bons de commande provenant des distributeurs, des clients et des représentants commerciaux, de l’exactitude du traitement et de l’exécution des commandes des petits magasins, de la prise de commandes auprès des clients, ainsi que de la gestion des appels entrants des magasins afin de fournir un soutien et une assistance liés aux commandes.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Commandes des distributeurs : Recevoir, vérifier et traiter les bons de commande provenant de différents distributeurs.
  • Gestion des bons de commande : Traiter les bons de commande des comptes clés et des clients régionaux, en assurant l’exactitude et le respect des délais.
  • Appels entrants – petites boutiques : Répondre aux appels des petites boutiques, prendre les commandes et fournir l’assistance nécessaire.
  • Saisie des commandes dans le système : Saisir avec précision les commandes clients dans le système de l’entreprise, en veillant à l’exactitude des informations pour le traitement.

Autres tâches : Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe assignée..

QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES

  • Passionné par les ventes, le merchandising et les relations client;
  • Fortes compétences interpersonnelles;
  • Travail indépendant efficace;
  • Orienté vers le service à la clientèle avec une forte volonté de résultats;
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office, en particulier Excel, Outlook et Word;
  • Capacité à communiquer efficacement;
  • Maîtrise du français (l’anglais est un atout)

  • Lundi au vendredi, de 9 h à 15 h (en personne) / dimanches, 3 heures (à distance)

    C.T.S. Foods Brokers Inc.  is a leader in food importing and distribution, sourcing and delivering a wide range of high-quality food products.

    The Order Entry Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the company’s sales operations. This position is responsible for managing purchase orders from distributors, customers, and sales representatives; ensuring the accurate processing and fulfillment of small store sales orders; taking customer orders; and handling incoming calls from stores to provide order support and assistance.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Distributor Purchase Orders : Receive, review, and process purchase orders from various distributors.
  • Purchase Order Management : Handle and process purchase orders from key accounts and regional customers, ensuring
  • Inbound calls for small store orders : Answer incoming calls from small stores, take sales orders, and provide assistance as needed.
  • Order Entry into System : Accurately enter sales orders into the company's system, ensuring that all details are recorded correctly for fulfillment.
  • Perform any other additional duties as may be assigned.
