Job descriptionBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience as a Windows Server Systems Administrator in a medium to large-scale environment. Expertise in Windows Server administration, configuration, and troubleshooting. Experience with Windows infrastructure services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and File servers. Experience managing users and groups in Microsoft Entra ID. Proficiency with scripting for automation or user management in PowerShell. Strong team player with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. YOUR IMPACT
You will be part of a global Corporate Technology Platform Engineering Team. This position is responsible for administration, support, design, and planning of the organization’s global production infrastructure. As a 3rd-level support role, you will be a subject matter expert in multiple platforms / systems, maintaining 24x7x365 system availability.
What The Role Offers
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Windows Server operating system.
- Build, deploy, and patch Linux servers.
- Provide 24 / 7 ‘tier3’ on-call support for specific production systems.
- Design and implement technical solutions to support business requirements.
- Collaborate with VMware administration.
- Manage certificates and ensure server security and hardening.
