Property and Administrate Assistant
The role of Property and Administrative Assistant will work with all Onyx brands, Property Group () and Onyx Condo Management () .
The position also includes assistance as a Leasing Agent; roughly 80% of unit showings are held during 9-5pm, Monday to Friday, there are times that showings may be required in the evening or weekend.
This position will require the ability to work flex-hours. However, hours will typically be 9-5pm, Monday to Friday.
The following is list of tasks may evolve and change as business needs change. Full training will be provided.
Placing all ads for unit vacancies on various outlets including social media.
Booking and attending all showings
Preapproving applications
Creating all lease, parking, documents to have signed by Tenants and Onyx
Collect from Tenant all items necessary to have their lease finalize, including Onyx documentation, ID, and confirmation of utilities being set up.
Arrange for key pick up (drop off from exiting Tenants)
Completion of inspections as required within units and common areas; reporting any deficiencies to the Sr. PM to discuss with Tenants and to provide confirmation that a work order needs to be executed.
Entering all maintenance requests, scheduling, and managing work order process
Assisting with data entry, and uploading data for Onyx Energy
Administrative support for the Condo Management Division, which may include, assistance with data organization and filing when new properties are awarded to Onyx, assistance with completion of annual calendars and other items at the direction of a licenses PM
Proofing and editing support
Posting on corporation social media
