Position Overview:
- A Rental Agent is a problem solver, helping people find the right vehicle for their specific needs.
- We provide vehicles to help people get to work, on vacation with their family, to move into their new home, etc.
- We support the growth of our economy by supplying needed vehicles for numerous companies to move their product locally and abroad.
Your Personality:

Responsibilities:
Throughout the day, you will be:
- Answering calls and creating reservations.
- Providing quotes.
- Building relationships with regular customers.
- Checking in returning vehicles.
- Basic cleaning of vehicles, where needed.
- Renting out various vehicles.
- Video recording vehicle inspections.
- Picking up and dropping off customers.
- Signing up new business accounts.
Qualifications:
- Available to work day shifts, Saturdays, and weekdays primarily as needed (5 Days per week).
- Will work at our Langley & Abbotsford locations.
- Computer Savvy - able to learn new programs and become proficient in them.
- Customer Service Oriented - customers want to ask for you specifically.
- Class 5 DL - willing and able to drive various vehicles.
- Clean Driver Abstract - Drive in a way that respects others on the road.
- Sales Experienced - able to listen well to what the customer wants and needs.
- Professional and Knowledgeable - able to instill confidence in the customer.
Compensation:
- Pay Rate: $20 - $21/hr.
- Personal Rental Vehicle Benefits.
- Discounted Automotive Repair Rates.
