We’re looking for a detail-oriented and curious Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role drives cross-functional marketing projects, campaign and content measurement, partnership and contest execution, process improvements, automation, and analytics that improve how work is planned, built, measured, and optimized. The ideal candidate is an experienced user of marketing automation platforms and is a problem-solver who uses data and insights to improve operational efficiency, advance our AI roadmap goals, and drive growth outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Operations & Execution (~50%)

  • Manage promotional experiences and day-to-day partnership deliverables, including contests, ticket giveaways, and event activations, from initial strategy and approvals through execution, promotion, reporting, and close-out.
  • Lead process optimization initiatives by documenting best practices and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and enablement materials, including onboarding guides, how-to documentation, and workflow maps.
  • Partner with the team to support in-platform AEM content and experience updates and web publishing as needed, ensuring timely and accurate website changes.

· Partner with the team to build and deploy Salesforce Marketing emails as needed.

Analytics & Reporting (~30%)

  • Enable campaign launches and website updates through setup, testing, QA, and data validation, including links, forms, audiences, tracking tags, lists, preferences, and segments.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and translate insights into recommendations that inform campaigns, audience targeting, journey optimization, website behavior, and process improvements.
  • Establish baseline performance benchmarks by analyzing historical campaign and channel results for comparison against future initiatives.
  • Contribute to experimentation by monitoring A/B test results, interpreting outcomes, and documenting key learnings for stakeholders.

AI and Automation (~20%)

  • Contribute to AI agent design and automation projects that improve marketing workflows and customer experience.
  • Maintain and continuously improve prompt libraries and support the training and tuning of AI agents by reviewing interactions and documenting enhancements.
  • Execute and scale AI strategies developed in collaboration with the broader AI working group, implementing and expanding successful pilots across teams and campaigns.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities, including simple workflows or no-code integrations, that reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
  • Define and track performance metrics to measure the usage, accuracy, and business impact of AI and automation initiatives.

Requirements and background

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience (digital, web, email, operations, analytics)
  • Working knowledge and experience with digital marketing tools and workflows, including Salesforce, AEM, Adobe Analytics, Excel, SharePoint, and Copilot or equivalent.
  • Strong skills in data visualization and storytelling
  • Growing experience and interest in AI and automation technology for marketing use cases
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong communication and confident presentation skills
