Estimator Location : Job Type : Full-time Our client is a growing and well-established building envelope construction company based in Manitoba and are seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team. This role is critical to the success of their commercial and institutional projects, ranging from small cladding repairs to large-scale, technically complex builds. Prepare detailed proposals including take-offs, drawing / spec reviews, supplier pricing, and bid negotiations Provide strategic input to senior management on trends, risks, and opportunities Occasionally travel to job sites in Winnipeg for meetings with clients and partners Strong background in commercial, industrial, or institutional construction ~ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills ~ Highly organized and capable of managing 5–7 projects simultaneously ~ Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office ~ Fluent in written and spoken English Competitive salary and performance-based bonus Paid vacation and health spending account [email protected] .
