As a Foreman , you will be the key driver behind our landscape construction projects. You will oversee skilled laborers, ensure job site safety, and guarantee that all work is completed on time and to our high standards. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring experience in landscaping, construction, and project management.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage onsite construction crews, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to execute landscape projects accurately.
- Operate and oversee the use of heavy equipment such as skid steers and excavators.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members, ensuring high-performance standards.
- Manage material deliveries, scheduling, and workflow to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct site inspections to uphold company quality standards and client expectations.
- Ensure compliance with Manitoba workplace safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project managers.
