The Role: Beyond the Pallet
You aren’t just moving stock; you’re managing the heartbeat of our warehouse. We need a proactive professional who navigates industrial equipment with finesse and ensures our logistics chain remains seamless, organized, and—above all—safe.

Key Responsibilities
Precision Maneuvering: Expertly operate forklifts , unload, and stack materials with surgical accuracy and zero-error tolerance.

Workflow Integration: Act as the vital link in our chain, keeping production lines fed and ensuring finished goods are staged and ready for departure.

Safety Stewardship: Lead the floor by example. Perform daily equipment inspections and maintain a "safety-first" mindset by identifying hazards before they become issues.

Spatial Mastery: Solve the "warehouse puzzle" daily, navigating tight layouts and complex inventory systems with confidence and ease.

What You Bring to the Floor
Proven Experience: A solid background in material handling or forklift operation within a fast-paced environment.

Certification: Valid forklift operator certification (or the ability to obtain one) is preferred.

Reliability: A track record of punctuality and a professional "get-it-done" attitude.

Detail-Oriented Mindset: The ability to manage inventory tags, SKU numbers, and stacking protocols without breaking a sweat.

Responsibilities
Safe and efficient operation of all assigned forklift equipment
Loading and unloading trailers
Moving pallets and products throughout the warehouse
Staging, wrapping, and organizing inventory
Supporting shipping and receiving tasks
Maintaining clean and safe work areas
Communicating clearly with supervisors and team members

Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year operating a Forklift.
Valid forklift license (Reach, Dock Stocker, SDCB, Walkie)
Great communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment
Strong attendance and reliability
Able to lift up to 50 lbs as required
Have reliable personal transportation (a car), as many sites are not serviced by public transit.
