Who We Are
At Gibbons Whistler, we’re all about Making People Happy. Since 1979, we have been the backbone of Whistler hospitality bringing people together through unforgettable experiences.
Everything we do is rooted in our core values: Encourage Trust, Have Fun, Show Kindness, Lead With Purpose, and Commit to Excellence.
The Opportunity
Apres Apres is Whistler’s iconic après-ski and nightlife venue, bringing together locals, visitors, and mountain guests for music, drinks, and unforgettable experiences.
As the Night Bar General Manager, you are the architect of the venue’s performance: responsible for culture, profitability, programming, leadership development, and the full guest journey. This is enterprise leadership in a nightlife environment, not a lifestyle role.
You will build systems, lead a high-performing team, drive revenue, and own the guest experience from the first cheer at happy hour to the last call of the night.
