This is a remote, hourly-paid contractor role where you will review AI-generated responses and / or generate high-quality creative content, evaluating reasoning quality and step-by-step problem-solving. You’ll will create model CoTs to train an LLM to analyze image prompts more effectively. Key Responsibilities :
Develop AI Training Content : Create detailed prompts in various topics and responses to guide AI learning, ensuring the models reflect a comprehensive understanding of diverse subjects.
Optimize AI Performance : Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance the model's accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance.
Ensure Model Integrity : Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases, validating their reliability across use cases.
Your Profile :
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, Art History, Photography, Creative Writing, or a closely related field; OR 2+ years of professional / practical artistic experience (e.g., photographer, graphic designer, UX designer).
Minimum C1 English proficiency (written and reading).
Prior LLM training experience preferred (at least 6 months or one well-defined project).
Extremely detail-oriented with strong critical judgment and consistency across large batches of work.
Comfortable following nuanced rubrics, providing precise feedback, and working independently as a remote contractor.
Writing experience (e.g., copywriting / editorial) is a plus.
