Job description4+ years of experience in UI / UX design , ideally within a B2B SaaS or tech startup environment Proven ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-moving teams with shifting priorities Mastery of modern design tools (Figma preferred; Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite also valued) A strong portfolio that demonstrates your UI / UX design capabilities across multiple platforms and product types Deep understanding of layout, color theory, typography, spacing, and responsive design principles Strong communication and collaboration skills — you can confidently share ideas, take feedback, and iterate Comfortable working on-site with a cross-functional team Experience working in the dental, healthcare, or AI-driven product space Familiarity with frontend development capabilities or design handoff tools Join a fast-growing company that’s transforming the dental industry through smart technology Work with a tight-knit, passionate team that values craftsmanship, ownership, and collaboration Help shape the visual identity of a global SaaS platform used by clinics and labs in 26+ countries Enjoy a collaborative in-office culture in downtown Vancouver — where ideas and creativity are always welcome Competitive compensation package, 4 weeks PTO , full benefits, and room to grow with us

- Translate complex product requirements and user needs into clean, modern design solutions
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to bring your ideas to life
- Maintain, evolve, and scale our design system , component libraries, and style guides
- Contribute proactively with new ideas to improve our product’s performance, accessibility, and design consistency
- Balance pixel-perfection with practicality in a fast-paced, agile development cycle
