Deep understanding & experience of automation development tool sets (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, SOAPUI / JSON) Experience in implementing test automation development efforts in an Agile SCRUM development environment. Good technical writing skills and ability to describe clearly complex processes and tasks. Accountabilities :
- Designing and executing against the project Test Strategy
- Responsible for providing status updates / escalations and reporting via metrics to project team.
- Responsible to review user stories, requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback from a Quality Assurance Perspective
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases and reviewing the same for the project delivery test team.
- Design, develop and execute scripts.
- Design, Develop Automation Framework, Enhancement of existing framework.
- Ability to create Test plan, Test Strategy, Create Test case, Test data and Test execution.
- Responsible for detailed regression testing and ensure test artifacts are current.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. developers, business analysts, scrum masters, product owners) and provide perspective from a Testing focus.
- Ensure that all the deliverables are met.
- Ability to meet challenging deadlines and perform effectively under pressure.
- A team player and able to be a positive influence on a team.
