You're helping build new AI products, transform delivery methodology, and integrate cutting-edge tools, often without precedent or clear requirements. You'll need to bring structure without bureaucracy, drive accountability without command-and-control, and deliver results while building relationships. The best Technical Project Managers in this role are equal parts strategic thinker, tactical executor, technical translator, and organizational catalyst. 7+ years of technical project management experience in software development, AI / ML, or technology consulting environments Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects involving cross-functional technical teams, ambiguous requirements, and evolving priorities Strong technical acumen—ability to understand software architecture, APIs, data flows, and integration patterns without necessarily being a developer Proven track record delivering results in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments where change is constant Excellent collaboration skills—ability to work peer-to-peer with senior technical leaders and influence without direct authority Project management expertise with various methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) and the judgment to apply the right approach Outstanding communication skills—can explain technical concepts clearly and tailor messages for different audiences ServiceNow platform knowledge or experience with enterprise workflow automation preferred PMP, CSA & 1-2 ServiceNow CIS Certifications required and / or completed within 120 days

Location : Hybrid . Candidates located within 25 miles of a DXC office are required to work onsite two days per week and may travel up to 50% to client locations.
