As the Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting and administering transactional recruitment functions that contribute to the achievement of specific talent attraction / recruitment goals at Loblaws. You will have the opportunity to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with internal and external key stakeholders; to ensure a high level of internal customer service to all colleagues through the effective administration of the recruitment program.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and energetic individual, who enjoys the challenges of working in a fast-paced environment with frequent workload changes and competing demands.
Please note the successful candidate will need to be onsite 4 days at our Brampton head office.
What You’ll Do :
- Generate offer letters for all new Part-time and Full-time Retail hires, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our recruitment process.
- Act as a point of contact for our Retail stores, troubleshooting and resolving recruitment cycle issues within our core systems, Paradox (our hiring tool) and Workday.
- Manage and resolve recruitment-related queries and issues submitted via our ServiceNow ticketing system, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal partners and stakeholders (e.g., HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, IT) to resolve issues.
- Work Schedule : This role requires in-office presence for 4 days a week, with 1 day of remote coverage on the weekend.
