In this full-time, permanent role, you will play a pivotal role in deploying specialized Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions built on the Salesforce platform. You will work directly with clients—ranging from large-scale commercial nurseries to major retail suppliers—to understand their operational workflows, configure customized software modules, translate master data requirements, and lead hands-on user training. Serving as a crucial bridge between end-users, internal architecture teams, and offshore development squads, you will drive flawless go-lives, support complex EDI integrations, and empower clients to achieve operational clarity and efficiency.

Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Hybrid (Reliable commute or planned relocation to the Chilliwack, BC office location required)

Schedule & Work Hours: Flexible schedule supporting Eastern Time Zone clients (Early start times required; additional flexibility during client go-live phases, including occasional Saturdays)

Advantages
Full-Time Permanent Stability: Secure a permanent position within an industry-leading, rapidly scaling enterprise software company with an expanding global client footprint.

Comprehensive Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary paired with 3% RRSP investment matching, wellness programs, paid time off, and flexible health & welfare coverage.

Continuous Career Growth & Coaching: Direct mentorship and structured support to obtain Salesforce certifications if not already certified.

Collaborative & Inclusive Culture: Enjoy local team perks including monthly team lunches, twice-yearly offsite gatherings, and on-site parking in a supportive, value-driven environment.

Responsibilities
Client Discovery & Solution Design: Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to analyze business workflows, evaluate master data, and map operational processes to the enterprise software platform.

Software Configuration & ERP Implementation: Execute end-to-end software implementations, configuring and customizing solutions on the Salesforce platform to align with unique client requirements.

Training & User Empowerment: Deliver interactive training sessions and pilot walkthroughs for client teams (sales, operations, inventory), ensuring user confidence and system adoption.

Integration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate with internal solution architects, business analysts, and offshore development squads to manage system integrations (including complex EDI workflows for major national retailers) and communicate client feedback.

Go-Live Support & Relationship Management: Provide dedicated support during implementation phases and go-live windows, proactively addressing client inquiries via phone, video, and collaboration tools.

Qualifications
ERP Implementation Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing enterprise software / ERP solutions (required).

Technical Skills & Platform Knowledge: Strong background in enterprise software deployment; prior experience with Salesforce functional configuration, CRM systems, or cloud ERPs is a strong asset.

Commute & Hybrid Work: Ability to reliably commute to the Chilliwack, BC office location 3+ days per week and work hybrid hours aligned with Eastern Time Zone client schedules (required).

Communication & Problem Solving: Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and active listening skills with a proven track record of translating complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical industry experience.

Preferred Assets & Nice-to-Haves
Direct experience or domain knowledge in Horticulture, Commercial Agriculture, Supply Chain, or Retail EDI Integrations (e.g., Home Depot, Costco vendor workflows).

Active Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Consultant certifications.
